The standard feature of data recovery software would be the filter result capability, the ability to recover your data even from damaged drive and if the software can be used to deal with many kinds of problems.

However, it would be better, if the software also have special feature that you can use. For example, the software must be easier to use.

This method won’t damage your drive, so, you don’t need to worry about other data that you save in same drive.

However, if it doesn’t have nice interface design that make navigation in the software menu or when you operate it become easier, that would be useless.

    Hey Nanda!

Great share mate! It’s of great help for people like me. I have some 8-9 corrupted hard disk with me. I will give it a try next time to recover the data. I also read somewhere that cooling your hard disk for some time and then using it helps you to run the hard disk for some time, any idea about the same? It sounds a little weird to me though. I would like to highlight one point here is that when we buy any new IT gadget we actually forget about the old one which lie here any there eating dust. What I do is I take backup of the old one, recover data from old hard disks, etc. and sell them all when I buy any new gadget (since I am buying new means the old is surely of no use to me) so why not put that for recycling and help mother nature (and get some money in return too). Anyways, thanks for the share!!
